All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock availability issues.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance of the order until your item has been dispatched.
Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and colours are displayed as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour and appearance may occur depending on device screens and lighting.
As many of our products are fabric-based and handcrafted or carefully assembled, minor variations may naturally occur and are not considered faults.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice.
Payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers. Bitte Bag does not store your payment card details.

Orders are typically shipped using An Post or a similar trusted courier service.
Customs, Duties & Import Charges

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
Bitte Bag is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery responsibility passes to the courier service.
If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in locating the shipment.
Bitte Bag is not liable for delays outside of our control, including courier disruptions, customs delays, strikes, or severe weather conditions.
Returns Policy
We hope you love your Bitte Bag purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as Bitte Bag cannot be responsible for returned items lost in transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@bittebag.com with your order details and photographs where applicable.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
